Why I Chose Nazareth Hall as My Venue

Before I even got engaged, one of the questions that I got constantly asked was “So where are you going to have your wedding?” Being in the industry and having been to many venues in the Northwest Ohio area, I really didn’t know where I wanted to have my wedding. I knew a few things for sure. 1. I wanted somewhere that was all inclusive, I didn’t want to go and have to find catering, bartenders, linens, etc. 2. Jake’s one request was to get married in a church. And 3. How can we make Jake’s request of getting married in a church and mine of wanting an all inclusive work without it being in a church ballroom??

The wedding that changed my mind back in May 2023 on wanting to get married at Nazareth Hall.

When asked about Nazareth Hall, at first I said “I love it, but I’ve been there so many times I don’t want my photos to look like everyone else’s” so I brushed it off. Well flash to May 2023 and I photographed a wedding at Nazareth Hall and instantly changed my mind on it. I knew then and there that this was meant to be. Jake came with me to an event and without even asking he said “I’d get married in there” talking about the Chapel.

Flash forward to September, 2023 about a month after getting engaged, Jake and I signed a contract to get married on May 10th, 2025 at Nazareth Hall!

Ever since booking them as my venue, I’ve been reassured time and time again every time I’ve photographed a wedding there in the last year that I made the best decision. I’ve become so close with so many of the staff and know that they go above and beyond for all of their couples.

Reasons I Love Nazareth Hall

All Inclusive Venue
1. You don’t have to find a place to get ready then coordinate travel to the ceremony location or find a place to go take photos.
Day of Hostess

A Day of Hostess caters to you, the couple, to ensure that the ceremony and reception runs smoothly and that you are taken care of on behalf of the venue. From lining you up for the ceremony to bustling your dress they got your back.

Multiple Ballrooms + Ceremony Spaces

While they have three different ballrooms and two ceremony spaces, I’ve seen them get incredibly creative with their building and grounds for couples! Don’t love the chapel or grotto? The Lady Glen patio or yard is an option! If Cadet West isn’t booked for the day, that can also be an option. They’ll work with you to make your vision come to life!

Indoor Options for Photos

As a photographer this is HUGE! In case there is inclement weather, there are options for photos inside including their elevator and using the ballrooms. Most of the time it doesn’t rain ALL day, and I typically carry clear umbrellas with me to use to step outside for some quick photos.
